The official registered business name is Workspace Lagoon Way Ltd. The company was established in 2016 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, when a small group of mobile QA and analytics specialists began offering paid crash trend reviews to nearby product teams who were drowning in reporter noise after each store push.
Early work focused on Android consumer apps and the awkward gap between crash-free percentages and what support queues actually heard. Over subsequent years the practice widened to iOS, multi-app portfolios, and release readiness reviews for retailers and fintech teams who needed an independent reading before high-traffic campaigns.
Today Workspace Lagoon Way remains a human-delivered advisory studio. We interpret application analytics and mobile crash trends; we do not sell monitoring subscriptions or replace your existing reporters.
