Acceptance

By confirming an engagement, paying a deposit invoice, or otherwise instructing Workspace Lagoon Way Ltd to begin work, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services

We provide professional interpretation, workshops, reviews, and audits related to application analytics and mobile crash trends. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are described in the relevant statement of work or confirmation email. Work is advisory; we do not operate your production systems or guarantee particular crash-rate outcomes.

Client responsibilities

You supply accurate briefs, lawful access to crash and analytics data, and timely responses to questions that block progress. Delays in access may extend timelines without reducing fees already due for work completed.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how remain ours. Written briefs and notes created for you under a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal business use. You may not resell our deliverables as a competing advisory product. Public case references require your prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Each party protects the other’s non-public information with reasonable care and uses it only to perform the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Liability

We perform services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions you take after receiving our advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under United Kingdom law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the wider United Kingdom as applicable. Courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
